I'd still advise to put some of the money in a leveraged index fund along with some TMF. A 50:50 spread that you rebalance every so often is pretty conservative. You can be more bearish and go 80:20 TMF:TQQQ/SPXL/SOXL/whatever instead.
Personally I believe bonds have a ways down to fall still, but I expect that in the short term they may actually soar.
