Working 8 hours when you wake up.
You don't have to spend 4 hours before work just watching the clock full with dread and counting down when you have to go in

Working for 1 hour and relaxing the whole day.

>8 hrs of work
>every working day
What's really the point anymore? There perhaps was at one point dignity in such labor, now it is exclusively when people work for themselves that they may spend 8+ hours a day bring highly productive. Why even put up the front that we're actually being productive with quality work for 8 fucking hours every day?

I've done both, it's far better to wake up and go to work and enjoy your 4 hours after. Having 4 hours of free time before work just feels like a countdown timer, like other anon said.

4 10's is where it is at. I only get like 3 hours from when I get home til bedtime, but having an extra day off is really nice.

It sounds horrifying as it should only to unconditioned NEETs like you and I. For most there is no glimpse of any other way of existence, there is no frame of reference and no reason to doubt the only way of living they've ever had. It is not the worst way to live, but even they know it's far from good. But what can you do?

I don't remember the exacts, but studies have shown going through large amounts of stress at the beginning of the day is best for your health.
