I needed them long before I got involved with BBBY.

Almost kissed ATL today, heavy resistance at $1.38... looks like if we breach that we could run to around $1.50 by week's end based of supply levels. I'm eagerly awaiting end of the month/fiscal quarter to see an updated float number. Will really tell where we're at in terms of the... yes.... 'dilution'.

I would realistically be happy to be in the $1.50s by EOW.

I don't know about phantom shares. It looks like the company has to file a 10-Q following the completion of the fiscal quarter, which is March 31st. They have 40 days to file it, so we may not see it until April. That will give an updated float number.

The other anon claiming that they need to file an 8k due to a 5% swing in float size... well, to be honest I can't find any information on that so I'm not gonna buy it.

We may still be getting diluted, or some preferred shares may have been converted enough to pay off outstanding debts. That's my take on it anyways, I'm far from a financial expert but I'm trying to not be delusional.

The SEC required 8k for an increase of a NASDAQ listed company whos float has been increased by 5% has been posted here before several times. Any time a material change in ownership of either preferred sold, warrants sold, preferred exercised or converted must have an 8k associated with it.

>> No.53974032

It's not so much what the current float is, it's what it has the potential to go to, and that is around 900 million shares by my count (I read the 8K like a rational investor). They sold at least $225 million worth of preferred shares that can be converted to common stock, and they have an option to buy more. That's not to fud you, just stating the facts of what has happened so far and could potentially happen. It's something everyone should look closely at because in my opinion it's very similar to what AMC did.

>> No.53974076

One already happened, when the warrants were exercised to preferred to pay the bonds. 8k filed showing that but no conversion to common. These are material changes, like C levels vesting shares or selling they must be reported as a material change

But just the fact that they're able to buy these warrants and convert them to common shares is a potential problem, right? What does it really matter if we get an 8K about it a few days later? Cohen dumped his position and killed the runup at $25, then we got a filing about it the next day.

Gamestop have 1 billion shares they could sell, the potential is irrelevant and it's nothing like AMC due to the structure of the deal. I bought a bunch of shares after it fell down to 1.50 from that run up to 7 a few weeks ago but I should of got puts at the high because I was watching and saw the price falling. I'm just trying to understand how the contract gets exercised and how exactly a strike price is determined. Puts are also not as risky as other options right? No, I know who you're talking about though. Here's an example:
You have a $1000 to purchase BBBY. Instead of buying shares you use your brokerage to "sell to open" 7 BBBY Put contracts at the $1.50 strike price.
The $1000 you have will be used as collateral to purchase those shares at the end of the week if you're assigned (you will be assigned unless the price moves up past $1.50)
You are IMMEDIATELY paid a $200 premium for selling those contracts, netting you a 20% in your initial investment, which you can cycle into selling another contract giving you more money.
Because you are paid a premium, when you are assigned shares, you will have lowered your cost basis, even if purchased at the $1.35~ range.
Your break even for selling contracts is lowered to $1.20~ because of the premium received, instead of having purchased those shares outright.

Risks: Price doesn't go back up and you're still left bagholding
Price skyrockets before you're assigned and you miss out higher gains, you still make money on the premium and your initial collateral used is returned.

Shill Error #686: False equivalency fallacy. Fails to read what he supposedly understood. See where it says Exercise/Conversion Price for the trka warrants? 0.25. What was the market price of common shares of trka and would someone having warrants at 0.25 have an incentive to exercise when the market price is double that?

It's like asking if the warrant holders of bbby have an incentive to exercise at $6 when the stock hits $12. Even a positive shill like me can admit that.

My wife has a penis. When we first met we agreed to not have sex until marriage due to religious purposes. Normally this would be a deal breaker for me but i loved her so much I agreed to wait. After our wedding day I notice she started acting kind of strange and kept making excuses every time i would try to make a move. A week went by like this until today when she bursted in tears. I’ve never seen her act this way but she started acting very strange. This lead to her revealing that she was a hermaphrodite or intersex is how she put it. I was in shock and denial, i couldn’t believe what I was hearing and how she could have kept this from me. Without going into too much detail she ended up showing me and I did finally end up seeing her penis. I’ve never felt so confused in my life. On one end i do love her but I dont think i can do this. Apparently she had the option of getting it removed but refused going through surgery. I don’t think this is going to work out and I feel ashamed of telling anyone about this. What should I do, should I use my OpenBetAI profits to fund her surgery so she can purchase a neovagina, or do I spend my OPENBET profits on therapy for me so I can learn to appreciate her feminine penis?................https://openbetai.io

the world is fucked up, i just found out that selling on german ebay is free for private sellers (+ international fee if you're registered on another ebay site). there might be a limit of 9 identical items per listing for private sellers though which is not entirely convenient for selling things in volume. this is another kick in the nuts for people who are trying to be honest and do everything by the book. ebay fees are already extremely biased for private vs business, for private the fees are with VAT included and for business the VAT is added on top so the fees are effectively 20-30% higher, there is also the 0.35 EUR per item instead of like 0.05 EUR for private sellers. and i previously tried to run a completely honest business account but i was limited to selling 3 items per month at first and got hit with an indefinite suspensions for vague "risk" reasons. since then i learned how to basically game the system by acting as if i'm a person of higher socioeconomic status (they use indirect methods and give you a harsh treatment if you have an old windows 7 computer with a shitty graphics card, things like that) and started right off the bat with a 200 item limit on a personal account with no restrictions or suspensions so far.

After I lost everything I had invested in Bed Bath and Beyond, I was devastated. I felt like a failure, and I didn't know what to do. I was so desperate to escape the pain that I headed down to the local council building and even applied for a suicide license.

I didn't think much of it at the time. I just assumed that if I met the requirements, I would be granted the license and be allowed to end my life. But to my surprise, I was rejected, solely based on the fact I didn’t purchase my TV license the year prior.

I didn't understand how anyone could be rejected for a suicide license due to unpayment of a television licejwe. Productive moves by the company. If the company turns itself around and begins to grow it's profitable brands while trimming the unprofitable stores the case for bankruptcy will not be realistic and people will be able to slurp up shares at a comically cheap valuation.
The thing to know is hedgies know exactly what they are doing and they want to make you feel miserable about your investment. They know the slow decline over the course of a month is the worst feeling you can endure. You just have to realize that the price is fake and they can't keep it here forever. The company is making moves that are bullish, so it is the shorts who are wrong. Without the barcoding price action this stock rips to $7 and probably higher. They literally have to run an emergency algo to contain the price. But they can't do this forever. The float on BBBY is quite low. And the pent-up future demand for shares is almost 100%.
What we have here in BBBY is a distressed hedge fund went all-out in a last-ditch-effort to find a cellar boxing target. They were outmaneuvered and the company was saved. Something big is going on in the background. We have a zombie hedge fund likely in the chop-shop while their derivative book is unwound. Systemic risk caused by the derivative market is a very real threat to the American financial system. This has all of the hallmarks of a massive short seller going bust and regulators are parsing through the "real" books and analyzing the risks posed by off balance sheet transactions and obligations.
Always remember, supply/demand will ultimately win out. They can't provide liquidity at these prices forever. Especially if the company turns around. And I see people slurping shares by the tens of thousands.

Why not? If that is what it takes to turn the company around then so be it. We are sitting on a MASSIVE amount of short pressure that even dilution will not stop the short squeeze that is coming. A short squeeze created during BANKRUPTCY tier pricing. It's nothing more than fud spread by shorts trying to create the impression that we are being diluted to death.

the guy in pic relate apparently did nothing wrong besides listing a funko pop. this is how strict ebay is, it sounds insane but you'll experience it first hand if you make a new account and try to sell stuff.
