This time around i've a next level difficulty hallmark to identify.
It's from a spoon of marriage i recently won on an ebay auction.
It was usually offered to the daughter soon to be married in provincial villages back in the days. Usually they were carved in wood, but the richs/country squires wanting to flex on their village made it from more noble materials, sometimes even in gold.
It comes from the tradition that back then, wedding invitations weren't a thing, when a marriage occured, everybody from the village (and other villages around too) would come. Since the marrying family couldn't offer food and provide tableware for everyone because it could easily reach 1000+ ppl, everybody would show up with some food and their own spoon.

My guess is it's from France during the XVII-XVIIIth c., but since i can't identify the hallmarks, it's probably from a county/state who wasn't yet rattached to the country, some large counties back then were under the ruling of local barons/dukes/counts who had ties with the royal family, but were given special privileges and were entirely autonomous. As such, they had all authority to have their own taxation systems, marks included.
Like the county of Nice, duchy of Savoy, kingdom of Burgundy, viscounty of Limoges, etc.. who all have been absorbed by the french republic.

The coat of arms can probably clue us in, but i'm totally ignorant of ancient counties' heraldry..
