You probably want to be careful with things anon asking these questions.

First you should get a hardware wallet and run it through metamask. This will give you control over your keys with an easy to use UI to connect to decentralized things.

If you wanted to just use your ETH to buy something on another exchange, you can just swap it for something that is a low cost to transfer and is also held at the other exchange and then buy what it is you want at that exchange. If it is something that can be stored on your ledger, you probably want to move it there if you are planning on holding to take the risk of exchange failure off the table.

Also, if it's above 1M Mcap consider yourself too late. Wait for it to drop if you think it's valuable or find the next one. I would say 350k-700K is a good entry and then get out at 5M-7M. Then doing again with 70% of that stack and congrats, you're on the gates of 6 figures hell. The hardest part is being patient.

GETH still cheap so give it a try. This one is a special case tho cause it's 1M Mcap but it has memecoin hype for a real use case product, you don't see that very often.

The problem with thinking like this is that the gems eventually do reach us anon. Twitter discovered $HAMI finance long before biz did but eventually when it was launched there were multiple posts and it allowed all of us in the arbitrum generals to compare it to other gems. It turned out to be a spectacular find, another coin to put in the time machine and wake up with riches.
At the moment I use biz as my second instance purifier, if Twitter says so and it shows up in biz then it is more than certainly a gem
