BTC will be attacked at the next halving with the primary goal to drain its hash power away and crush the price.
These 2 changes are enough to seize up the network. Fear will drive coin holders to rush to the offramps but the 1mb blocksize will force up transaction fees to insane prices. Only the whales will be able to cash out before the big freeze occcurs.
