just some thoughts on TRIP/TRUFF. the RSI was at heavily overbought levels coming into earnings. we did a 2x off the bottom so a pullback was definitely warranted. support level is at 12c (~8.5c for TRUFF). i dont think we go under that level, and if we do it probably wont stay there long. volume has been steadily increasing off the bottom and there is a lot of new interest in the stock

the mister caps release and wiz promo is all scheduled around the summer time which i think will pump this and lead to a big increase in revenue. when we start to break some of these previous price levels there will be a lot of technical traders that start to pile in as well. there other other catalysts that can add to that too like getting the health canada license. if we break new highs i suspect that they might do an offering to fund the new warehouse build, and then after that consolidation we would be getting closer to legalization

What's up with this company? I took a quick look at their latest financials and they do have growing revenues, which is nice, but overall the sales are still small time. In addition they aren't profitable, but they do have a sizable cash position and so probably won't see imminent dilution. Seems like you'd be holding for multiple quarters hoping to see continuing revenue growth, and maybe, eventual profitability but I doubt the intention is to hold a micro cap for a year or so hoping to see SP appreciation.

Average daily trade volume. So if everyone did nothing but buy at that wall it would be 8 trading days before it was down with their average volume. Realistically it means this stock will not be above that point for several weeks best case. A fractal is where you compare 2 assets with similar price structure and fundamentals to get a good idea of where the price of something is most likely headed. CGC and TRIP/TRUFF is the best example I have ever seen.

Both companies have Bruce Linton as a main player. In CGC he was the Founder/CEO and for RLH he's the Chairman of the Advisory Board. That's the biggest key to this because you can tell he is running the same playbook on RLH as CGC. The price structure on early CGC is eerily similar to what RLH looks like right now.

CGC made a big Snoop Dogg partnership at the same time/price in the chart as RLH is doing their Wiz Khalifa partnership/marketing. Both deals were very similar in nature - practically the same thing.

Then you had CGC obtain a dealers license so that they could supply medical patients with weed, which is the same exact thing that RLH announced that they are pursuing as seen here:

The regulatory agencies are the same players that were in charge of approval for the marijuana stuff and Bruce already has relationships with those people, so they are definitely going to get the license.

After that, the next big CGC pump was from legalization making a lot of progress and them making big expansions and opening up more grows in different areas - which RLH has their sights set on and are already making moves on. They are already building a new facility right now and it will actually be completed and functional around the same exact time that CGC pumped on expansion news (the 2nd major pump).

The best strategy is just to average in, then you can't get pissed at any one particular buy. If you ape all at once and make a bad entry then you're just going to be salty the entire time you're holding it.
