I am about to launch my online store.I already have the products, the pricing and almost everything, its 98% ready. The 2% are making me insane, its just never ending details and solutions to problems that resulted from earlier solutions.

I have 470,000 in VUSXX right now. I will end up with a diversified portfolio of stocks as I DCA out of VUSXX and into VTI, VXUS, VB and maybe one or two others. However, I'd be interested in ways to invest into a business or something alternative that produces cash flow. I already have a small business and I am investing a bit into that. But I don't know how to invest 470k into it. Realistically I could probably put $20k to $40k per year into it and see what that does. But the rest of the funds I need to do something else with. I looked into self storage but I just don't trust that we're not months or years away from a bubble pop. What options do I have besides buying real estate or buying stocks? Maybe laundromat is a decent idea...

Wanted to use a service to create a limited in ireland but it seems not that easy anymore, read you are forced to live there eventually


Any ideas? Orher countries you can easily create a limited like company and dont need to go there, willing to pay a yearly fee to some service

Anyone know how to do this legally so the debts can be enforced by judgements in a court of law? I have thought about doing it the sketchy way but you can't legally enforce the debt and the borrower could even come back and sue you if they know the laws.

Check your state/provincial govt website if you live in North America. It's different wherever you live and they each have different fees. Some places make you do it via paper forms while others have completely digitized the process. After you do this, the next step if you're American is to go to the IRS website and get an Employer Identification Number. The IRS part is free and it's basically like a Social Security Number for your business so that it's separate from you from a taxation standpoint.

If you're talking about the no docs option meme that's circulating on TikTok, look up "no docs/low docs business loans". You may have to personally guarantee the loan, meaning you're personally liable for the debt if the business fails.

You still might be liable for the loan, but in terms of not getting sued, some general info is to not mix business and personal money/assets and have a formal business agreement in place explaining how the business works. Look up "piercing the corporate veil"

banks won't loan new businesses money without you guaranteeing (co-signing) the loan/ line of credit. The harest part is getting started in a business.

If you can convince a bank to loan you money before you have any revenue / just based on your resume / experience basically you are golden. Dan Pena talks about this a lot.. How many banks have you asked for money? Go to 50 fucking banks and pitch them your idea and the research you've done, why you will make money, etc. He says they will give you the money if you ask enough. Get well dressed and go hit up some banks, preferably smaller ones.
