Enough about myself though. It’s good to finally see some cheapies. I had a feeling spot would come down for awhile now. I’m looking into 1oz gold coins and 100oz bars right now to save on premiums. Any suggestions? A fren had said go for things like francs since they’re pretty cheap premium wise

Just for shits and giggles I did the math to see how bad premiums really were for 1 gram assayed gold cards and honestly I can see the attraction. Each gram gets its own protected and divisible card and at 2280$ for a full oz made from grams you’re effectively paying the same premiums as 1/10th and 1/4 oz.

AND it’s a hell of a lot easier to swallow at 80$ish a pop. Thoughts?

i got mine by supporting a guy called silver seeker on youtube. i liked his video so i bought his "grab bags" for a few months. i would say the cards arent worth it because of the sole reason that if a cut was to be slanted a few degrees off course someone is getting fucked.
now currently it doesnt matter. but lets say that 1 gram of Au= 1 acre.
slicing .1 of a gram means a big amount, and if you're throwing 10 grams for 9 acres it matters and whoever you're buying from is getting the good deal. we can weigh and measure all we want but .9 grams+ tiny bits of easily lost yellow isnt the best trade.
that's where goldbacks come into play and it takes a good bit of the guess work out of the equation

The biggest problem is that their communication is poor to nonexistent during the design process. They do the crowdfunding and “pre-sales” to fund the project, but then they don’t do the work and get the appropriate community input for the final design. If they don’t want to deal with that, just make the round and sell it straight up like a normal business does. It’s real shitty that they use our money to fund it, ignore many of the funders, and make a risk free profit off of us

>> No.53857001

>>53856979
And also there isn’t much work involved. The designs mainly come from this board. Submitting the design, getting a rendering, making some revisions, and placing the order is not a lot of work. The most work he does is shipping. Mintanon is making a nice little profit off of this. And it’s risk free because he secures the funding. The least he can do is communicate and get at least a majority decision on the design.

>> No.53857112

I agree completely. If this were to get off the ground my role would effectively be the middleman between our design and the mint. Your critics are largely unfounded, you simply can't please everyone when doing a design, otherwise the project would never finish. And lets be honest : 90% of the changes' propositions are utter garbage. He's simply too polite to tell anons they are complete trisomics.

Personally i think Mintanon is doing a great job, he always remained pro and cordial even though he's showered with retarded complains most of the time. He's involved in what he's doing, and if he doesn't keep us up to date all the time, it's because jannies are on a vendetta against him so he must keep a low profile while posting here, especially if he have to use his tripfag to prove his ID.
If i were him, i'd be disgusted by the ungratefulness of some anons in this general over the past 3-4 months. Because he always respected his part of the deal, and always was open to ideas to improve.

I want to make this post and hope he gonna see it, because it's always the ragies who post, but i think he also deserve some love from all the anons who were happy being part of the adventure and kept it quiet. But it's always like that, you never hear a word from the 100 happy customers but the 2 complooners will spam you with bad reviews, and it can take a big tool on your moral.
If i had ONE critic to make, it's about the recent unjustified price rise of 10 bux on memecoins. I've yet to hear a good reason why this sudden price hike. But i wouldn't be surprised if it was simply done out of greed AND spite from all the whiny faggots going after him.

To mintanon : most of us love what you have done. What i fear is you might be considering making it a full time job, when it was just a collective adventure made out of passion. The minute you'll make it out of necessity, i fear you gonna lose the passion. I get the appeal of monies, but just a frenly warning from someone who have witnessed more than one buddy irl "lose the flame" after making a hobby into a business.

checked + it's almost magical how real money suddently makes you wiser financially, especially vis a vis all the pointless consoomer garbage.
Though as we are humans with flaws, it also end up going to the extreme opposite. Personally stacking progressively transformed me into the dragon of penny pinching kek. All my socks have holes and i can't even remember the last time i bought myself something to ease my life and/or for pleasure (beside PMs). That must be my obsessive nature at play, each time i'm doing something, i'm 200% invested in it, no matter if it's drugs, a personal project or PMs.
Only thing i can't obsess over is waging for someone else kek.

Do I get 2-5oz scottsdale silver stacker coins (with the lion head) or 1-10oz Britannia silver bar

Both are roughly $240

the Britania looks really nice but I like heavy coins and scottsdale is great..also has the advantage of being more liquid (never selling anyway but whatever)

NDs happen. I've had a few

>At friends apartment at college. Just bought my first pistol from a gunshow(I was 18)
>Drinking with friends
>Show them my new Jericho
>Try to manually decock
>Thumb slips on hammer, ND into ceiling
>Upstairs neighbor too high and drunk(underaged and illegal drugs) to call police

Second time
>At range
>Showing friend pistol
>Think gun is unloaded
>Point at ground show him how to wrack and pull the trigger
>Forgot loaded mag in
>Shoot inbetween feet

Third time
>At parents house
>Just bought a sig from a guy
>Get home
>Try swapping slides with another sig i had
>Forgot the other sig slide was chambered
>Pull trigger
>Shoot parents wall

Fourth time
>At my new house
>Playing with a friends 5.56 AK
>Release bolt
Slams fire round into ground

Fifth time
>Showing a friend how to use it
>No idea how but a round got chambered
>Show him how the trigger works
>Pull trigger
>Shoots round into floor in the same place as before

Sixth time
>Thought maybe the house was haunted
>Grab a sig
>Physically clear it, (racked the slide 3 times) with no magazine in
>Pull trigger at the same hole
>Round goes off

>> No.53858140

>>53858135
Seventh time
>Friend brings over glock wants me to look it over
>I grab it and pull the trigger without clearing it
>Didn't even realize the thing was loaded

Eight time
>Friend brings over his transferable mac10
>I had no idea how open bolt guns worked
>He's showing it off to me
>I put a loaded mag it and decided to try and release bot (I thought it shot from a closed bolt)
>Pulled the trigger for some reason
>Shot 3 rounds into my wall

Ninth time
>Be drinking white claws
>Get a good buzz going
>Decide to play with Ruger Vaquero
>Forget i had it loaded with ratshot
>Accidentally pepper TV screen with tons of pellets

Tenth time
>Buy a pistol with the hammer exposed
>thought if the hammer is down i don't need to keep it on safety
>show it to my bro
>he points it at wall facing moms side
>he pulls the trigger
>the gammer MOVES BY ITSELF from his retard strength
>gun goes off

Eleventh time
>typing list of NDs
>move hand from keyboard to mouse to hit post
>hand grabs pistol on desk
>shoot a 9x18 into wall

Overall you shouldn't feel too bad about ND's, Its part of owning guns, and you should get use to them.

Never felt the need to do it before, but i thought he'd deserve it for once. A warm anon's mouth to feel appreciated and unload all the frustration.

About the money, yes it's true, and that's why i'm not liking at all the last price hike (and didn't order yet the new apu, tho i'll probably do it at the last minute), but on the other hand, it's not like we aren't able to profit from it once we decide to sell our extras back. That's the best kind of /biz/ : a win-win.

The update section is also a legitimate complain, especially for the boomercoin, but i'm sure he'll fix it once he sees our requests. This is just a minor talking point after all, what's truly matter is to get a well done end product showing up in the mail. And the quality greatly improved over time. Aputannia was complete trash in that regard, and i'm glad mintanon made the effort to seek out another (non scammy) mint.

>I gave a qt 100g of silver for her birthday. What will she think about me?

I have no idea how things work in Jeetland, do conservative QTs consider the gifting of PMs a romantic gesture? Have you talked with her about your mutual disdain for the vax? Striking up a conversation about the harm to recipients and impacts to fertility and baby health might indicate to her that you're a more conscientious and desirable man than most, I'm sure giving PMs reinforces that impression but maybe she would prefer jewelry or silverware? I bet you could find a nice old English sterling silver flower or bud vase and give it to her with whatever flowers signify romantic interest in India. In Europe and USA in the 1800s through earlier 1900s there was a whole symbolic language represented by different types of flowers and arrangements, I imagine you could come up with something meaningful to your little poojeeta.

Mintanon didn't kill pmg. That was a time this place was great. What killed it was the troops from reddit. Specifically, the holofaggot and his furry coin, the first one was so gay it didn't even get made. The second one he was pretending to be mintanon and some people were fooled. Then the furry faggots came, every thread, they brought troops from reddit, and would mass report the real mintanon, in an attempt to destroy competition. Then they mass reported everyone who told them to fuck off. Then they started making the threads and posting non stop gay Troon shit. The grown men with dolls, the troops cartoons, the mass deletion of good content. It's the curse of the holo faggot. Anyone with one should melt it the fuck down for what those faggots took from us.

I doubt a redpilled bro would respect and befriend a degenerate thirsty "bobs and vagene" fellow, he may be quietly hoping that a quality man like you sacks up and talks with him about your interest in her because everyone else would disrespect his little girl, be irresponsible with money and risk producing damaged vaxxoid grandchildren. Just about nailed it on the head! If you got room for random copper pennies you should have room for nickels. At some point if shit hits the fan you could melt em down or just use em for real small trades, shit you don't want to drop a dime or quarter on. My take on what happened in this general.
Pmg was a good example of the psychological effects of a group.
When people band together and create a tight knit group, they grow only tighter and more devoted each time they are faced with opposing factors and evidence. Over time, the evidence to refute the beliefs of the group accumulates, and thus weakens the group’s strength and influence on the individual. That’s the point when some individuals are able to think clearly and abandon their prior belief. While the remaining members double down and continue to mind fuck themselves.

Kek godspeed anon, a cheaper and more common option would be the copper or brass "Manilla" bracelets which were widely used in the west African slave trade, there were lots of different types and they're pretty cool in their own right. By the 1700s factories dedicated to their manufacture were set up in Europe to trade for fresh nubile junglebunnies and bucks ready for the breaking, I think they were as cheap as 5 or 10 manillas per slave and you can get the bracelets for like $10-15 each easy.

I am from the UK, do I spend £7,864 on 5 gold coins or 320 Silver coins? I hate how silver is taxed so I dont know if it is worth it. I could buy it from the silver forum but I have a slight lack of trust not getting it from a reputable dealer, especially with how much I am buying.

Well then here's most interesting thing I have to say about my most recent purchase:
The 2020 silver proof set is looking to be contender for the most expensive proof set (until we have a population report of the 2021 set, could be even worse). According to the Red Book, the 2020 set has the lowest population report of any standard silver proofset, at only 313,184 copies. Biggest factor likely was Covid, people didn't have money to go spending on silver when the government forced them to stop working. And when people DID get money they were more likely to hoard entertainment, guns, or food. It's already at about $150 on eBay, and climbing fast.
However, you CAN get it for cheaper thanks to one factor: The reverse proof nickel. They weren't included in the actual slab, but WERE included in the shipping box. So while not having the nickel is TECHNICALLY an incomplete purchase, it's not something that changes the actual box set itself. Because of that, if you find a set that doesn't have the nickel you can usually lowball offer for it. I got a set for only $118 on eBay that way. But I'd only recommend this if you HAVE to complete the full series, honestly 2020 on its own is really weak. Other than the haha bat soup meme quarter the designs are pretty dull for that year, probably another factor for the low sales.
2021 might get even worse since the mint charged more for it and only included two quarters, likely turning off a lot of sales. But right now think you can still get it straight from the US mint website.

That was when men were men, boys were hoping to become men, and government and sniveling pussies were not actively trying to stop the process.

Uranium ore is not a threat to health unless you grind it up and snort it. Picrel is a collection of ceramics with uranium glaze. They send a geiger counter through the roof. But only at close range because of the inverse square law. Understand the inverse square law and the fact that with radiation the poison is in the dose and you will understand why uranium ore is not a hazard.

Stack 320 silver coins and you'll have way higher gains later.
Even if you pay VAT, if you ever sell, ask for the VAT too. This implies you never sell it back to a dealer so it doesn't go back to the comex/lbma (which affects everyone globally, not only the US) and that is a massive win, it implies you only sell it to someone else just a bit cheaper than what he would pay for them from a dealer, so you get back your VAT.

The government used $3 million in gold as down payment and issued bonds for the remainder. Now, per the 1792 Coinage Act, the dollar was defined as a ratio of $1.29 per oz of silver.
