Darpa has patents and software for tracking Monero transactions that it sells. Fluffy Pedo was arrested in South Africa for 378 counts of fraud. He was extradited and then South Africa just happened to lose his records and dropped the case. He would have gotten 20 years in prison but he snitched. He dropped development of Tari and Monero and now he is trying to trademark the Monero brand, despite the fact that it is supposed to be an open source community project.
