Colloidal silver is very good and very powerful, for example you can rinse your mouth with it and never need to go to a dentist as a result. But I don't see why it would fix cancer. But then again cancer is always caused by something and the only true way to fix cancer is to solve it at the root cause and improve the overall health of the body, not attacking the cancer itself with radiation and chemicals etc. But still it seems a bit far fetched. Is colon cancer caused by bacteria? If so then I guess it would help, at least.

No it doesn't, at all. That only happens from colloidal silver made with salt water, that is when salt is added to it during the production (which is totally unnecessary and also quite retarded).
