Who else here has their bags packed already for the next few years and doesn't have to worry at all about digging around for new shit to buy, chasing pumps, panicking over "missing" things, or any of that stressful stuff?

Feels good knowing I'm in safe, relatively new (i.e. not had a hype cycle yet) high-beta shitcoins that will make me 9 figures over the next couple of years, without having to do anything.

just keep hoping your shitcoins pump

Care to share some picks OP? I like the style of your thread so I’m inclined to listen. LINK and GRT are packed but I’m looking for three more.

Not OP but I see cosmos icp and Ada doing well. Ada especially has held strong during the last 5 down trends

Why do you need five coins? Do you believe in LINK and GRT? If yes, go all in. If no, or not sure, or "only enough to risk 20% of my stack, because overall I think it probably won't perform" then you shouldn't be holding them at all.

Misapplied diversification memes are one of the main reasons people tread water cycle after cycle.

I believe in concentrated, high-conviction bets with a long time horizon. In fact, I think it's the only way anyone ever actually multiplies their stack in this game (and holds onto it).

Diversification is required once you're making mini walls otherwise you spook the market or play slow

This problem arises when you're trying to build a position of several % of market cap or higher, and even then not really a big problem until after 10% of market cap.

It's like the "I can't put my $10k into that coin because it has low liquidity" thing, when daily volume is 1.5mil. People just like to pretend they're a bigger fish than they really are.

I admit I have more than one play these days, because I have 8 figures to handle and by then, if you're in small alts, you do have to think about how to get it in and out. The vast, vast majority of people here are not going to find it an issue.

>Low liquidity
>Low volume
>Not on major exchanges
>1% slippage bro you will have to buy slowly over half an hour

Anon will tell you these are bad signs, because anon wants you to buy only coins that have finished their development path, so that he can sell to you.

Your method is fine I suppose for long term plays, but I believe for day trading with even 10k helps to have at least a few coins to hedge against btc suddenly shitting the bed

I like to pick 3-4 coins and leave 10-30% in usd depending on how likely I feel a btc dump coming

I thought the meaning of makeit stacks was that you would “make it” at bullrun ath? I feel like I’m not as confident as other anons in choosing coins. I bought into LINK because I like the history of it on /biz/ and I looked at GRT charts we’ll reach 1.5 or higher. But I feel like if I don’t hold multiple things can really go south if there is underperformance. At least with diversification you’d average out to probably 2/3 full profit.

This is another reason I support diversify for day trading. For example GRT pumped way harder than my ADA stack, had I been all in ADA I would feel loss

Holding is only bad when the parabolic bullmarket starts until it has crashed

I'm all in on Bitcoin and I have JEPI printing dividends that go straight into more BTC.
My job covers my expenses. Pretty comfy, desu.
