Keep an eye on SIRC. It's a solar play, and the US government is throwing tons of money at clean energy shit. Look at the volume on it. You can wait for a better entry on it though, at least wait until the bottom is clearly in and it starts to move up a bit. This one is going to be a fucking banger though just wait.

The best case scenario would be if TRUFF moons before SIRC and then I can roll profits into that

Yeah that's how all brokers work. A lot of penny stocks are scams and they don't want people losing all the money before the deposit clears because then if the money doesn't clear for whatever reason then the broker just ate the entire loss. They don't let you do options either. They only let you buy large cap stocks like AAPL before the money clears because it's "safer".

And as far as these obstacles not existing in crypto, almost every exchange makes you wait until it clears, or at the very least makes you wait 5-7 days before you can withdraw the coins

And by the way once you have assets on your account already then you don't have to wait. Like if you had $10k worth of other stocks and then you deposited $5k to buy TRUFF for example, you would be able to do it right away with no waiting period
