buy litecoin before the halving.

litecoin has 100% uptime since it started in 2011
most fairly launched coin (no premine)
influenced segwith for bitcoin
dedicated to proof-of-work
low fees and fast transactions (no layer 2 needed)
second most widely used coin for payments after bitcoin
has mweb for privacy transactions
buy now and forget about it. slow but guaranteed returns

>but, but, the founder sold all his coins at the top
he announced he's selling, he actually missed the top, he's free to do whatever he wants with his money, he's still working on litecoin since 2011, he didn't give these coins to himself, he mined or bought them like everyone else (remember, no premine)

most recent interview with the founder:

I plan on selling shib after it moons, immediately investing in Litecoin, and then taking the stack for diversifying.

I believe in Litecoin's branding but have bearish doubts about Bitcoin surging more than 100% over the next halving.

From there I might just flip to conventional stock.

Litcoin will 2-3x on its own sometime, would be a great way to make ez profits to roll into the next one. Can’t recommend it as a long term hold though.

Most men die around 80 so if you want 100k per year for 25 years you need to have 2.5 million tucked away in a safe boomer asset. Most believe LTC will go anywhere from 1k to 3.5k in the next bullrun. If we take the conservative route that puts your retirement stack at 2,500 LTC (which at it's current price would cost you 250k).

What coins do you hold? I like your estimation of LTC.

I went all in on LTC at $60, and will continue to trade and accumulate so long as the halving pump still has legs to run. Hopefully the timing works out such that BTC will be back down from it's bear rally by then. If so I will make BTC 75% of my portfolio, and put the remainder back in LTC.

Basically the first half of this year will be LTC oriented, and the latter will be prepping for the BTC halving in March of 2024.

Where do you personally see LTC at the bullrun? This is the first thread in a year where I’m interested by a LTC poster. I want to have 2-3 solid coins with decent returns for a base foundation in the next bullrun to offset any fails with alts.

It's tough to say where LTC will go because it did not break its ATH in the last bullrun, and so there really is no middle ground as far estimates are concerned. One camp is calling for several thousand, and another somewhere between $600-1k. I opt for the smaller range (which is why I'm trying to get as many as possible rn), but I would not be surprised to see it rip higher.

lower market cap means more room to make a profit -and basically the same solid guarantee of profit in a bullrun. id almost ask why buy btc when you can buy ltc
