There are legal ways around this, mainly by making a company or trust so you don't legally own your own property, then making it so the company defaults to the people you want to inherit it when you die, or you just turn it over before you die. Technically the property doesn't change hands so there's no death taxes either.

If you're a poorfag law and businesslet, just give everything away before you die. Your house should be empty and your property in your heirs' names well before you die.
