Each month since I've submitted a small fake reading Nd still haven't caught up with the large reading I made last summer. They never come to check and even if they did I'm still below what they've already charged me for so they can't say I've conned them. Not worked out what I've saved but it's quite a bit. Won't last forever of course but it's nice to screw them for a change.

Dubai not only has less renewables but also weather and climate where it can make sense.
