I'm not sure if that matters too much, people kill on all sorts of drugs. Usually alcohol or amphetamines. Arguably much much less people take 2C-B so it could be interesting to see statistics on how likely you are to murder someone on alcohol or amphetamines vs phenetylamines, but I doubt there's enough statistics out there to make a reasonable sample. How many high on drugs got away with it, how many people were drug tested for XYZ and tested positive for some other drugs, but was actually only high on 2C-B at the time. We'll never know unless all drugs were legalized and 100% tracked to the point where they know when you take it to get a reasonable sample size.

Put simply, if we want to truly find out the worst drugs we should have several countries legalize ALL drugs if bought through the government, make it easily accessible after a quick conversations about dos and donts so people dont become high risk, and find out which drug is more likely to create issues, and then do a double test by testing people who aren't normally drawn to the drug to see if its the fact that they take X drug or the fact that people who are interested in X drug are more likely to do Y.
Such a shame, the world could be a much safer place if they were willing to experiment a bit with accessability.
