I was gonna start my own small business thread to counter the sea of shitcoin garbage, but maybe this thread will take off.

anyone here ever done the car wash business? there's a car wash station with 3 bays in the center of my town that has sat dilapidated for several years. it's become a campsite for homeless people, but I think if I cleared them out (not sure exactly how yet), gave the booths a fresh coat of paint, reinstalled the stolen washer wands, and got the utilities turned back on it would basically run itself, right?

I live really close to a car wash and I can see it from my house. The owners are there every single day, emptying trash and stocking the vending, hosing down the soapy concrete so it doesn’t build up, and emptying out/restocking the coin machines. It really looks like a full time job. Also it is a hangout spot for incredibly sketchy people and I’m sure it is vandalized frequently
