I'm new to /biz/ and I love that I've found like-minded
individuals! I'm been lurking for a while and applying
principles learned here and its working like a charm!
Here's the story: Started dating this quality Alpha guy for
the last month but didn't say yes to being his boyfriend
because I thought it was too fast but I see it happening.
There's this other guy that has always asked to hang
out but I've always said no (due to incorrect initial
assumption of him being a player). We run in similar
circles so I got to know him. He asked to study (I'm
getting my B.A. and he's getting PhD) but his intentions
were to ask me out. He asked if I was dating someone
and I shyly looked away and giggled and so he said,
"Look me in the eyes and answer me." So I did and told
him I was. He coolly said, "ok, how long?" I told him a
month and he said, "ok not too long. The reason I asked
was because I wanted to ask you out." The way he acted
immediately after made me feel that he is expecting to
get what he wants.
We're still hanging out a bit, aka I needed help with
my studies and it feels like he keeps trying to create
opportunities for bonding. At the same time he doesn't
give me too much attention, he always makes me come
to him for studying, and always leads/commands me.
He honestly seems like an alpha but is he orbiting at the
same time?
I'm planning on keeping my distance soon because both
are great guys and its starting to confuse me. Or maybe
I should stay friends? What do you guys think?
