i actually like bling bling pendants and they come up periodically among scrap dealers. There's a guy locally with a garish toronto raptors pendant with 15ct of diamonds that I know he has held onto for a while that would pobably sell it to me for around spot.

Rappers spend 100k on those diamond pendants and then a year later sell them to a scap dealer for 5k and the scrap dealer punts it on for 6k. They can be neat if you come across them but are almost impossible to resell.

Pic related is listed by georgethecreator -- a guy that buys and sells luxury jewellery but honestly... who is going to spend 35k on a pendant of a midieval guy on a horse kek

so the past couple weeks the market has been in a holding pattern hovering around the same $405 level waiting for the CPI data to be released tomorrow. the market will either rocket up or crash down at least 3% tomorrow based on the news release, in my opinion

this is a game the market has been playing with every BLS stat the fed puts out each month for the past few months. i made a 7x last month guessing the right direction. its a risky play but high reward. basically i will just buy 0DTE SPY calls or puts.

complicating the variables is the fact the govt again rigged the stats by recalculating how inflation is calculated for the CPI report this year (surprise, surprise just after our strategic petroleum reserve is tapped out and inflation is taking off again) so the game here is really trying to frontrun and guess what the jewish math will show because the markets will respond accordingly.

Alright, here's the deal for any fellow UK penny hoarders. £10 in ten bags of 1p coins have me £1.78 in old copper pennies, whereas £10 in five bags of 2p coins gave me over £2.78 in copper pence. The 2p coins were easier to sort, easier to count out, had an average return of 24% per £1 bag, whereas the 1p coins took longer to sort, had only 17% average of copper per £1 bag, obviously took longer to count and were a pain to go through.

I believe it, I bought a bunch of kilo bars at $14.78/ozt with premium and free shipping in march 2020 and for patient disciplined stackers accumulating in the years prior it would have been easy to maintain an average around $15/oz.

>Yup. It's crazy the chinks are now making fake junk silver florins from the 30s and 40s. It's over.

This statement is 100% factual but smells like sarcasm, you do know that the chinks counterfeit common "junk" silver coins right? 50% UK silver, 40% US halves, and similarly debased European silver coins are all faked by the eternal chinksect. 25% under melt value for a unique score is perfectly believable but being a set price on a website seems sus and in line with the shady websites selling fake ASEs for around $20 each. I've gotten tons of stuff below melt but always as single unique purchases, a storefront with such stuff as standard inventory is too-good-to-be-true territory.

I think the 2p coins have a better return because they are not circulated nearly as much as 1p's. As a retail wagie, so many things are priced ending in things like £9.99 or £49.99 that we give out quite a lot of pennies, hence more are minted than 2p which kind of just sit there in most tills, and don't get replaced when new coins are brought in each week from the security bank van guys.

Shilling was equivalent to 5p pic related, both technically being 1/20th or 5% of their respective pounds. Thats why old 5ps are huge. This means that the sixpence became 2 and 1/2p new pence, which worked because the half penny was still in circulation and was just remitted as the decimal halfpenny until being completely phased out in 1984

Someone who had one told me that. From reading this below, some later strikes in a variety of metals. It would make sense to use lead since it's so heavy because the original idea was to protect against lightweight forgeries.
>From 1770 until the end of the 18th century the practice of melting down the official copper coins and making lightweight forgeries had become so widespread that it prompted industrialist Matthew Boulton to offer a potential solution. He proposed that each coin should actually be made to contain its value in copper (one ounce avoirdupois), that the quality should be improved by using a retaining collar during striking (to give a perfectly round coin) and by designing the coins with thick raised borders to prevent them wearing so easily.

This type was struck in copper by Boulton for several years after 1797 with no change in date, along with some later strikes in a variety of metals. Further restrikes were produced by W.J. Taylor when he bought the dies in 1848; the chief way these later issues can be distinguished is by marks resulting from die corrosion.

Graded coins are nice so you can easily authenticate old gold. I would happily spend another $50-100 on a $2300 double eagle to know it’s real. These coins are hard to authenticate, even for seasoned stackers. And guess what, it’s easier to sell and you get that cost added on. You lose nothing.

I have 17 oz of silver and a few grams of gold right now. How will this make me wealthy and when? I could use some extra funds to add to mine and my wife’s pension and to leave some for relatives.

Thank you kindly!

NGC started in 1987 and PCGS in 1986, back in 1987 there weren't predatory fags spamming grading companies with truckloads of monster boxes of MS eagles to then sell via infomercials to braindead boomers so there aren't as many early MS70s floating around. Graded slabbed coins didn't really get popular until the 2000s so early eagles didn't get slabbed and protected from handling en-masse like they are now. MS70 2022s will never ever be worth anywhere near what the much scarcer MS70 early years are.

Because it's fucking over the silver eagle market dumb heeb. I used to be able to buy them for about $34 dollars when spot was HIGHER now they're $45 minimum everywhere I go despite no change in silver spot price. It's entirely from boomer fags buying them up, slabbing them and insisting they're collectibles when the whole point of them was to be CHEAP. It affects ME personally. Boomers also fucking ruined vintage video games by price gouging them and market speculating, I promise the chucklefucks selling gamecube games for $100 dollars don't play gamecube.
I also hate the existence of fat people, because as a 6'4" fairly slim man fucking fatasses everywhere make it a nightmare to find clothes. Anything below a large shirt won't even cover my belly button, or anything less than large pants cover my ankles. bu since "large" doesn't mean "tall", it means "fucking fatass that eats Mcdonalds twice as day and drink a soda with every meal" so now nearly every shirt just droops over me and any pair of pants I have to death-constrict a belt or it'll droop off like hood monkey fashion.
The day of the pillow is coming for you, hippie. Young people are VERY angry they don't have houses or money, and the people that DO have houses and money are blowing it on completely needless shit like speedboats and slabbed silver eagles. The US mint has already stated they have sourcing and production issues. As silver spot rises, these issues will only get worse pushing the eagle premium up even more. The eagle premium has nothing to do with slabbing. Calm down. Just buy another coin/round if the premiums upset you.

I have stated time and time again that it’s best to have a well diversified stack. Rounds, coins, and bars. It was a response to people that recommend always buying the lowest premium generic silver which is a very poor strategy whether or not a dollar collapse happens. Eagles specifically have proven to be great buy. I have more gains on my eagles than my generics since 2020. When silver spot pops, you will see huge premium on all silver just like we did in 2020-2021. Eagles will see the biggest premiums.

>Over time, perfect coins become scarcer. This is your opportunity to lock in your future, but you choose to ignore easy money.

Before the era of mass-slabbing some of those perfect coins got handled making the immaculate specimens more scarce, but that vector of attrition doesn't apply anymore. The population report for 2022 eagles on NGC alone shows 321,866 MS70 examples, you're simply wrong if you think they'll "lock in your future" and perform anything like years such as 1987 with a few thousand or less MS70 specimens. This should be common sense, study the population report and choose your MS70 investments based on actual scarcity, not relative total mintage figures which are irrelevant.

All false. On a monster box, im up $6000 over generic. Pretty substantial. And even with the drop in silver prices, eagles have remained pretty much the same whereas generic has more closely traced the price down. With the next huge pop in silver spot, you’re going to see eagle basically unobtainable just like last time.

Wut? I was trying to correct anon's misunderstanding of the MS70 ASE market and his expectation that 2022s will appreciate over the next 20 years. He said:
>In 1987, they made over 11 million eagles. A ms70 would set you back about 1k. In 2022, they made about 13 million for reference.
This suggests a belief that total mintage is the main factor and in the coming decades 2022s will perform well, when the reality is that total population in MS70 is the only factor that really matters. Between NGC and PCGS there are only 2,424 MS70 1987 ASEs, whereas there are 445,901 MS70 2022 ASEs and counting. They'll never perform like a coin that is 200x as rare in top condition and will never be "easy money".

>The population report for 2022 eagles on NGC alone shows 321,866 MS70 examples
Holy fuck... Reality will hit them hard when they will try to sell their condom ASE a decade from now and it wont be worth a penny in extra premium.
My main gig is selling TCG singles, and the same aberrations took place. Ppl were drooling in front of the value of Alpha/Beta and old border foils card with high condition grading.

What the normies ignored is the very grading industry is 100% jewish owned, and said shlomos were buying back and forth the same cards from each others to artificially prop up the value of their graded cards and aggressively advertise on jewtube around it. Up to absurd levels (in the millions+ range).
Promising that the same returns would occur a decade from now if you started to grade your recently printed card (who exist in a gazillion examplars, contrary to alpha/beta cards).
A mania ensued, ppl started to grade all kind of random trash, some being worth less than the grading costs, and kikes made millions out of gullible players promising them the moon.
But not once said gullible customer would stop for a minute and ask themselves
>wait a sec, WHO is actually buying a graded black lotus for 20 millions USD??
So now you have countless slabed cards on sale, who are unplayable as such, and literally NOBODY is buying them.
Many such cases...

We may have discussed it before but back in highschool I used to buy MTG collections on ebay and resell singles and playsets, I had a collection full of amazing stuff but I sold it to help fund college before prices mooned. I had p9, dozens of Dual lands and hundreds of other cards worth a shitload now. Once I bought a sealed pack of 55x mint Mana Crypts from 1995 for about $250, that's a $300 card these days and there were surely some Gem Mint 10/10 examples in there, god knows what those are worth. My stack would be a bit bigger if I waited to cash out of the cardboard, oh well. Anyway my brother is big into CCGs and is friends with some of those millionaire whales and what you say is absolutely correct, they manipulate markets so hard it isn't funny.

No, you never told me that, that's incredible! A shame you had to sell a bit too early, but that's amazing. You see, i always consider myself a pragmatic autist, and when i have to explain "why silver" to other anons not well versed on the matter, i repeatedly vomit my DD about AISC, extraction ratios, industrial usefulness, medical prospects, unique chemical composition, atomic structure, scarcity, lack of investments, the industry relying too much on byproduction, etc...
But in truth, my main favorite argument is when i see smart anons like you, cunning and who always manage to sniff the good deals before everybody else. Call it intuition. Sometimes too smart for their own good because they are so early compared to the slow-brained pleb kek.
