I love Jesus and God the Father and have spent the last year trying to get closer to Him and be a better person. It worked. I am so much better than I was a year ago when I listened to demonic music and was filled with hatred and anger 24/7. I was completely vile and disgusting. The transformation is miraculous and I am so grateful to God for helping restore me. Truthfully though I am still struggling in many ways. I suffer with intense guilt and shame for my behavior of the past and I am addicted to marijuana. The latter eases my depression and helps me forget about the former. Lord Jesus I love you, please come into my heart and stay forever. Please gracious Lord, help me obtain that which I need to be with You forever. Amen.

I'm not telling you what to believe, I'm just saying that there seems to be evidence that contradicts what you seem to believe (and Jesus's own words, no less). Maybe the people telling about this Jesus aren't telling you the completely truth. Why are they threatening you with what is allegedly "good news"? Remember that depression is when you are living the past, anxiety is living in the future, so the key is training your mind to just be present. when your thoughts wander just focus on your breathing, bring yourself back to the present. We all make mistakes, the key is to focus on the lesson you learned from them, carry the lesson, never forget the lesson, but the walking back through specific situation time and time again, as you can see, is doing no good.
