(1) Pay off as much secured debt as you can, like car payments or a mortgage; essentially anything that can be repossessed due to defaulting on payments. (2) Buy land if you can, ideally with a house on it, but even better if not as you can order a cheap living space and insulate it yourself. (5) Set aside 1-2 grand in cash (or more) for emergency bug-out scenarios.

(7) Put the rest in crypto of your choice, although I suggest ISO 20022 coins as they will probably moon within the next few years if not months.
