What the cringemines don't understand is that Blackrock and Vanguard aren't holding GME for themselves but for their customers -- mostly in ETFs which, yeah, obviously can't get DRS'ed.
That wouldn't be a problem, if we were actually holding the float 10x or whatever but, yeah, then we should have DRS'ed more than 70 million after two years.

2) Even if we hit 80 million, that means we DRS 15 million a quarter tops. If it kept going at that rate (which is kinda doubtful), the free float could get locked up by summer 2024 at the earliest, the entire float by end of 2027 or something.
