It's time for me to admit I have a crypto addiction. It is affecting my life negatively.
>I constantly check charts
>I am always researching coins
>I regularly rebalance my portfolio
>I DCA any time money hits my bank account
This has led to me not sleeping well. My other goals are falling behind. My home is messy. I am getting into credit card debt because I am buying crypto instead of paying it off.

I have my portfolio positioned the way I want for now, on the cusp of 6 figure hell. I am going to try to forget about crypto and not look at prices for some months. And I am going to charge my phone in the other room at night while I sleep. My goal is 2 months without checking crypto. At this point, I am actually going to have to willfully force myself to do this, as I am so addicted. It will be exciting to my check my folio at the end of the two months. I'll be back then.
