Regardless of price action, earnings by AMZN, GOOG, & AAPL today were fucking misrable. How the fuck is their REVENUE declining despiter HIGH INFLATION. Not to mention their costs are inflating at a rate far higher than the "official" inflation numbers. At what point will the delusional Bobos admit they were wrong? They coped @ $py 380, 390, 400…405…410….415… what will they say when we hit 420 tomorrow? 430 next Friday? When we are 450 by march? Will they finally admit it when we are at 500 EOY? My opinion is they hate money and care more about ego, that’s why they are naturally nasty pessimistic people. They suffer from a sort of defiance disorder. What a sad existence.

Due the Treasury's "extraordinary" debt ceiling aversion measures functioning as a new form of QE (as the Treasury drains its cash account at the Fed to avoid new, prohibited bond sales for funding the government), I think the market is going to go up until the debt ceiling gets raised in the summer. I think it is likely that equity markets will repeat this pattern from the BTC chart, reach the previous ATH's before crashing violently due to markets not liking the deal and the reality of the terrible fundamentals finally hitting home.

Another day of green. Another day of Biden sending another 2.2 billion to Ukraine. (Never minding that pesky little thing called the debt ceiling and uh how we're getting close to not having the money to make the interest payments on over 31 trillion). And the market keeps getting worse. There isn't a 'timer' for when bear markets end, the recession will end when market conditions improve because hiring increases and demand goes up. As prices increase people will scale back their purchases and pay down debt instead, worse credit lines means less spending means collapsing demand over the next year, the market will continue downtrending while this is the norm regardless of recession pumps in the NASDAQ as soibois scream about how the FED will pivot and give out free money again.

Is this pump sustainable? It has been so long to see a rally last this long even to the point where it is violently pushing upwards like today and yesterday. Indeed, it's the govt payout that caused it to go down, along with high savings rate among the same group.
And now it's going back up, with no sign of financial aid in sight.
I'll grant you that you can't just say it's going to break past the 2020 level from this chart, it could just bounce off that level for instance. But it could also just hit 2009 levels easily, especially due to mounting inflation problems.

outside of the downturns, is there any fundamental reason to NOT hold 100% TQQQ?

I've been buying and holding since 2018, no selling. I dont give a damn when I'm down 70% from ATH, I don't need the money for another 10-20 years.

What is the point in extreme conservatism in terms of investment portfolios? People really own bonds, ever? Why? Aren't you just dooming yourself to MAYBE being worth a milly or so in 40 years, at best? Why not actually take on risk and generate legitimate returns? I just don't get it

Most of the other shit should do ok, but not all frozen food manufacturers are high quality control of foodstuffs between the cooking and the freezing, and even the "best" can get bacteria in there.
Most frozen foods tell you they shouldn't be eaten without fully cooking.
Those things that are cooked, like the TV dinners, should be completely fine. Frankly most of what is there should be fine.
