I’ve had chronic depression that gets worse everyday because I didn’t cash out $60k at my portfolio ATH. I got greedy and now I have $5k to my name. Why do I know this was life changing money now but at the time I convinced myself it wasn’t enough? All the problems I’m dealing with right now would be nonexistent if I had that money

Don't worry anon, similar story. Didn't cash out 130k but my gf didn't leave me somehow and we hung in there for an extra year+. Broke up for other reasons. So she showed me good women are out there. So that was some life fuel.

Any way don't worry anon. It'll be fine, focus on yourself and your own life. Also similar situation to not having much to my name. Like >>53521348 said, next bull is around the corner. You have time to accumulate for it. Very same situation - my life would be a lot easier and 130k is life changing and I was too greedy at the time. Just REMEMBER THIS FEELING next time, and don't hesitate to push SELL. A dip/crash will always come, so remember to SELL when you can.
