Orchard Lake is a Village not a city. Demographics are skewed because the majority of the properties are lakefront. Non-lakefront homes aren't selling for a premium there.

Grosse Pointe is dying, GP North is 62% white now.

It's really black pilling looking at demographic data for schools over the last 20 years. Nowhere in this state has shifted positively. All the Millennials got the fuck out and went to cities that actually had good paying jobs. The only ones who stayed were the dumbasses without career prospects. Boomers would rather hire Indians on H1b VISAs than compete for local graduates. It's disgusting what has happened to Novi.

Orchard Lake is actually a city lol. Its called 'The city of Orchard Lake Village' and it's definitely, per capita, the richest area in Michigan. Even if West Bloomfield goes to shit I don't see Orchard Lake getting bad for another 10 years.

I agree with you about Grosse Pointe, and what happened to Novi is horrible. In your opinion what are the best areas in Michigan with the most potential? I have my eye on Howell / Brighton, Sault St. Marie, and Milford.

Also the Blacks and Arabs are the worst but Chaldeans are based as fuck and genuinely hard working. Indians are annoying, and the jews ruined every city they took over (West Bloomfield included).

Ann Arbor suburbs (Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Brighton, Hartland) are solid. 90%+ white and affluent, although the university can always change this with their quest to be as non-white as possible.

Grand Rapids suburbs (Forest Hills, Rockford, East Grand Rapids, Lowell, Caledonia) are good, religious influence on that side of the state is stronger. Ottawa County is better (Hudsonville, Jenison, Zeeland).

I prefer beach towns. Grand Haven is awesome. Everywhere from Harbor Springs to Frankfort is nice. I don't see a point to living in this state if you're not going to take advantage of the lakes.

Metro Detroit is gone. Niggers keep moving north and the city is demolishing their housing so they can't come back. It's even less white than the numbers say, there's so many Arabs that skew the white numbers. There's just so many dead towns with no economy in this state, and we allegedly voted just as Democrat as Illinois did in the 2022 governor elections.
