I'm not shilling brave wallet, it uses the same infura surveillance RPC but with extra 'brave' identifier. And someone may hate brave that they blacklist it from airdrop queue, who knows.

If it's logged it's only on the wallet software. Definitely not on the blockchain. Arbitrum can't know what wallet software all/any users use. It's stupid to think Arbitrum could/would exclude certain wallet users. They can't and there's no reason to do this.

These are both wallet tokens. If a wallet logs its users it's through its software, not the chain. There is no record on chain of what wallet/node software/RPC you used to make a tx on Ethereum/L2s. So Arbitrum can't know, and why would they even care? Maybe if they had their own wallet software, but they don't.
