i'm investing for the long term but i missed the bottom. i should've just DCA but i stopped last year seeing everything turn to shit. now i get a +40% in my face and i'm not sure how to react.
on one hand i don't want to fomo in, on the other it's clear we're going to at least 25k and probably to 30k in the coming weeks.
at least i don't ever sell and i don't do leveraged trading, but how do i go from here?

i do have a buy order for that, but i don't really believe it will get filled any time soon. this trending action is too strong, if i was on the other side of the fence, right now i wouldn't be selling either, maybe i'd consider 25k a selling target but not even that.

It's hard to say because your position not getting filled is the equivalent chance of a given leveraged position knocking out of the park. I would be leveraging my ass off right now if I was confident we wouldn't get at least 1 slam lower fake out to shake people out. I'm 100% positive BTC will get to at least 40k, but I can't say it won't eat a 10% pullback between now and then. That slam lower is your opportunity to get filled and BTC loves to try to shake people out to prevent them from doing exactly what I said and leveraging out the ass.
