This is the wrong way to think about it in my opinion. BTC is a focused long term play. Its not just a dump $100 and wait to become a millionaire type thing anymore. Its a buy steadily when you can for many years especially when the price is low in bear markets and then holding for years. Think of it as an alternative to putting money into the S&P every week.
Most bitcoiners have high conviction in BTC's eventual success and as such are not simply working on 1 or 2 year timeframes but instead much longer (5-10 years or frequently much longer than that).
Bitcoin is not for people looking for shitcoin gambling.
