How would one go about making an unstoppable piracy website? I was thinking of ICP but the boundary nodes can choose to block canisters based on local legality or something, and the NNS can vote to remove a canister.

Whats the other options?

Torrents are heavily biased towards popular shows. Older/less popular shows have very slow speeds due to lower number of seeders. Not suitable for streaming, only downloading. I was asking for more streaming related, like how kissanime was

I2P looks interesting, however the hops seem to drastically reduce the bandwidth. Streaming from any server with that much reduced bandwidth sounds hard. Also people will need to install i2p software to use it which is horrible UX
