Hard to say, but sometime during the next bull market. So probably 2024, but who knows. Maybe much sooner. It's criminally undervalued at this point.

Should i go all in with my life savings on this? I’ve been saving up for my mortgage and thought of buying soon but with interest rates so high why not go for this fundamentally sound project in the mean time?
