They recorded me playing on my switch and showed it to my manager and claimed I did nothing. All the work I did was not done by me but by them. All 15 of them joined together to try to get me fired. The word of 15 employees who each has worked 3-7 years with the company against mine with only 1 year into the company. I was going to get fired but I told my uncle. Manager got warned because she didn't check my work, all of which had my fucking signature too. Manager doesn't fuck with me anymore because now shes aware I've got connections.

I've got a Huawei sport smart watch. It'll record 8 or so hours of audio in really nice quality, Bluetooth it to the phone (I used easy voice recorder Pro for simplicity), then it can auto mirror it to the cloud via a free Google drive account as well to be extra safe. You should write brief notes of times and dates when or if something legally important occurs.

Realistically you should probably just look for another job as they're unlikely to fix anything in work or in court. It's a bit gay like that.

Here's the plan OP, and you have to act fast since you're on borrowed time.

First of all, you need to go to a family doctor and state that you have always had a hard time socializing and start saying a bunch of autistic shit. The goal here is to get a diagnosis of some sort, which most people have something wrong with them. The family doc will give you a referral to a specialist.

If you want to skip the wait, you can hire a private specialist and have them do a review of how you feel. Most will tell you that you are fucked up so you're a return customer. Congrats, you officially have depression, autism, etc. Now you are a protected class of people, you're disabled!

Next, schedule a meeting with HR in which you communicate that you have a disability and feel as though coworkers are discriminating against you for that disability, list off every event in which they threw you under the bus because of your disability.

You are now invulnerable to being fired for cause. Worst case scenario you qualify for unemployment due to a toxic work enviroment, best case you get a discrimination lawsuit after your coworkers make things worse after being called into office to get reprimanded for bullying their disabled coworker.

Regardless, if shit does hit the fan, you can also contact organizations for your protected class about your experience and post things on social media about how your work discriminated against you.

This dude at my job tried to get me fired but the bosses know I got all the production machines running while he was just mouth breathing for a year. The same dude also managed to only collect 9k of 100k for completed jobs and bought over 10k in useless shit we couldn’t use.
