Not good enough. There are a lot of people you cannot compel to do something you want in exchange for money. But rare is the man you cannot compel with violence or threat thereof. The capability for raw violence lies at the heart of power. Hence why all governments rest on force of arms above all. Just as Jack Ma what his billions were worth when the PRC government decided to come after him with their armed goons. His money didn't translate into capability for violence and therefore he was powerless.
