I need an app or site that allows registration and access from EU, does not need to deposit or connect a bank account, can receive wire transfers internationally or deposit checks, and has a debit card.

I can't find one, US based apps are blocked here, EU apps are not available in my country. Please if you know any because I have no bank account and no local ID yet to open one.

Have you tried asking for a XOR card? You don't need a previous bank account, it operates on EUro, it works with crypto and fiat debit and ofc can receive wire transfers and all. Pretty fucking based if you ask me

Nah I am trying to receive money and the lawfirm is being difficult, it's a whole legal process so they won't even send it through the embassy. So I need some sort of account routing number in my name, I don't have residency or a us phone number for us banks, I don't have my id card for my resident country. I can't even use Chime to receive it or access check deposit because I am not there physically. I didn't know that before I left.
