You're afraid to find out that you're not as smart as you think you are and your idea isn't as good as you think it is. Instead of working on it, work instead on a top notch business plan and put it in front of some angel investors, get yourself 1mil and use that to hire someone to do it for you while you do your best selling it. I have it too. You need a work-like routine to follow at home. You don't need it for your actual work because they've already assigned you one.
This involves doing a bunch of tedious shit no normal person would ever do (big to do list, little to do list, DESIGNATED planning spot (with literally nothing around to distract) etc. Etc.).
And even then there's eventual setbacks.
