RSI just tells you, for a given number of past candles, the percentage of the volumes of those candles that are green.
If you see a sequence of green candles longer than your interval, it's 100%.
So the RSI doesn't predict anything in a chart you can equally read by just looking at the candles.

RSI is just the taking a racent time frame and the sum of the magnitude of all candles (area), and giving you the percentage of that area that comes from green candles.

If the recent candles are
>green, green, green, red, red, green
>+10, +20, +10, -50, -10, +70
Then the area under all green candles is
+10 +20 +10 +70 = 110
and the area overall is
+10 +20 +10 +|-50|+ |-10| +60 = 170
And so the RSI is 110/170 = 64.7%.
Summarizing that there was somewhat more buying going on than selling. It's just packaging info that's also in the candles themselves.

It's just a summary of what happened, it has no necessary predictive power.

If you look at just hours and your window is 100 candles and it went up for 4 days, then the RSI is 100%.
The RSI doesn't predict that it wouldn't go up for another 4 days.
At most is has psychological impact for people who look at it, but it doesn't at all "have to" go down next.
