Their projects are related to controlling crypto and finance. They didn't invent Bitcoin, and even if they did, they don't control it. They might however, be behind ETH and certain exchanges like Coinbase and FTX. It's really easy to see what exchanges are on their payroll, just look at the ones the media hates the most, and those are generally the ones without CIA backing. Binance is safe, though it might be an arm of the CCP (which is less of an issue since they aren't as competent).
