You can do this in about seven years by using donchian channels set to 50 weeks, MACD set to daily, and using a 200 day moving average.

First check if ETFs are above 200 day moving average. If so, find stocks that are close to peaking above the top of the 50 week donchian channel. Once it has, you check to see if MACD is trending up and positive. Once you have done this you buy and you do not sell until the MACD crosses, or, you hit 1% total portfolio loss. Your risk reward ratio is 1:6-8. You will portion your portfolio to allow for your own risk. Five to ten trades for a risky strategy and eleven to twenty for less risk.

Do this consistently for five to seven years and you have 1m.
