FED starting to U-turn (reducing the rate from 0.75 to 0.5) was the bullish kickoff signal and as soon as the rates will be cut will be the start of the bullrun. Since BTC was over 60k /biz/ decided the bottom is sub 10k (various digits below 10k) or just 10k - and with that a small dip below 10k is usually expected. That's where most of us are waiting to buy, at 9700, around 9k or in the 8k range. There's probably a few anons here genuinely expecting 3.5k (due to the CME gap there) but those are in a tiny minority. BTC is extremely unlikely to drop below 5k and very unlikely to drop below 7.5k.
