Being single is cheaper than having a girlfriend. Sure paying rent or a mortgage will be cheaper but you have to buy her gifts on Valentines Day, anniversary, Birthday and Christmas. Probably have to buy her close family gifts too.
She will want to eat out, go to the cinema, do some dumb hobby shit which costs money. Meanwhile if I am living alone I do none of that and eat homecooked meals only saving a ton of money

I made an investment years back and it took time to get rolling but I finally got my first check last month and am set to receive them every month, anyway, nothing has changed. I don’t dress different or talk about it but I’ve been getting noticeably more female attention it’s like they like know.
