This shortage is ridiculous but I'm actually happy about it. It brings me joy as a pharmacist to tell people we don't have it in stock. That shit's way overprescribed anyway. Adderall XR is still ok now but I think their might be a shortage on Vyvanse eventually. We haven't been able to get the 10 mg in over a week.

I like the 10 mg XR stuff. The 20 mg and above was a little more overwhelming. I'm not a fan of things that give you too much euphoria, that's how you spiral into addiction. I view them in a purely utilitarian fashion.

I work for a major bank crunching serious numbers and 15mg XR 3-4 times a week. There is barely an euphoria and I get stuff done. I never, ever feel the desire to take it recreationally.
