this is not hopium as I am basing this on nothing but a feeling, but with all the data leakage that has happened, and the equifax news, I'm somewhat optimistic that the reason that they haven't announced anything yet, is cause they're waiting to have all the pieces in the right place (dApps being built, NDA disclosures, etc) before the official reveal for Sapphire comes out.
