Depends how much marketcap holds back price.

For Pulse to 10,000x like HEX, if it has a launch price = sacrifice price of 0.0001, then a 10,000x would put PLS at $1 a coin, which would make the market cap in the TRILLIONS.

You can start to see how a market cap this big will be a problem... it more then the entire world stockmart (all companies combined)

If we said a max market cap of $1 Trillion, then 100x gain might be possible from 0.0001.

Or you come to the conclusion i have, and realise the sacrifice price is too high for the supply of coins. Maybe it has to dump to 0.000001 then if you buy at this price you could get a 10,000x.
