Should I sell my ETH and XMR? I got in at $462.46 on ETH and my initial XMR investment at $240.58.
I of course believe that these two have their futures and will rise in price but I only have around $1000 on each.

If you are sure you can invest them better in the time until they really take off, you can of course sell and buy other coins to make some profits. As long as you're holding bags and the coins don't move significantly (or even drop), that money is unavailable.
But be aware that you should be careful when chasing the moon.
