yeah it's actually very clever - "this version is to test the alerting and slashing mechanism"
the other clever thing they have done is include the community as a secondary alerting layer (they have 20 min delay from nops) so can claim that there is utility for retail participants
it's all pretty theoretical at this time but will also be very useful in future. they are slow and painfully careful but yeah clever, there's no doubt
