It went from $2 to $500. That's not failure. If some dimwits bought the top and coped for a few years, it doesn't really change anything.

It didn't fail its just short seller's manipulating the stock price illegally somehow. Don't worry eventually they will have to cover and the mother of all short squeezes will happen somehow. Same with crypto desu.

I really hope someone is archiving these shill threads, not just for the RICO, but also for the lulz and the "I told you so's."

This. GME has for the most part been a huge success. Gave everyone a crash course on the markets (i.e whats shorting) It even gave the house commitee youtube channel a major boost. Everybody did good with GME

but you have people who believe elvis is still alive.

>Why did GME fail?
Its stock runs on a centralized opaque ledger upon which rules are enforced optionally rather than programmatically. Nobody with the authority to maintain fairness wanted to. Retail was staggeringly naïve to believe that they would.

>>53105735
It didn't fail, I made money on it and AMC, it just has emotional retards that believe the squeeze didn't already happen. The exchanges stopped retail from buying last time and it would happen if the "real" squeeze was about to happen.

And then you have fags that dismiss any objective differing opinion as "shills", I remember getting called a shill/hedgie in the AMC threads when I said to start taking profits around $30.

>Why did they turn off the buy button for GME?
Systemic liquidity issues. It had become a frenzy and volume hit a point where clearing houses couldn’t deliver any shares. Brokers followed suite and cut it off because they didn’t have the infrastructure to continue trading in those conditions. There was a whole investigation and hearings if you missed it. The sheer fact that there are people stupid enough to see what happened with clearing houses, retail participation get turned on, and they didn’t think it was time to take profit has forced me to re-Evaluate how stupid I thought a person could be.
>Why are the shills (you) posting creating negative GME threads and posts 2 years later?
I don’t know anon, why dont you go to the center of whatever place you live and start shitting yourself shouting about the hedge funds making you, see if anyone looks at you because that’s what you’re doing here, that’s why people make fun of you.

It didn't fail, the squeeze happened two years ago.
It went from like $10 to over $300 at the peak.
DFV was spot on and he made BANK.
Then normalfags flooded in.
Surprise surprise they get dumped on.
They form baggie support groups and the delusions get deeper and deeper and the prices goes lower and lower.
Because at the end of the Gamestop is that place that'll take your brand new sealed ps5 and give you $2.50 in cash for it.its a failing business model with digital releases

It was a pump and dump usung the short squeeze narratives. Somehow retards always seem to understand the pump phase of the scheme but are unable to grasp the dump part and they become bagholders. Many such cases.

They got comfortable and did absolutely nothing with the momentum other than ride the "eat le rich" mob. And that's it.

I'm schizophrenic so I can connect the dots here to what's going on with SHIB and VINU; SHIB got lazy and did nothing else with their platform, VINU is releasing dApps to build an ecosystem.

You NEED to do something with the hype not just rely on a catchphrase and hope it lasts forever.

I just went to a GameStop today. My son bought two used (overpriced imo) games with a gift card he got for Christmas and a XBox gift card he'll use to buy games online (as makes more sense these days).
I can't figure out for the life of me why that business still exists. You guys need to let this company die. The hedgies were right. It's a zombie.
