The stats and types associated with battle area already assigned to the mons, so we're just waiting for the actual battle functionality to provide the real gameplay. After battling will come trading, where we can sell our mons to other users so they can battle or evolve them, and I'm buying mons because I expect they'll be more valuable to users then than they cost for me now.

So that's all. I'm betting on the future of this project just like anyone else who buys coins with no finished products, e.g. LINK. But with the added bonus that because I bet a little bit earlier than most who bet on it, I get my bet back.
