anyone find it hard to 'switch off' - and escape cryptoland completely for prolonged periods of time?

Even if I know psychologically I'm in a longer hold scenario I still seem to be consumed by it, my preciousss

its a thing that you have to train, do it for hours, then days then weeks and its going to become easier. Its the same as quitting smoking, if you have weak will you do it gradually than cold turkeying it
