I don't get why this is illegal. Are they saying smart contracts are legal contracts and so manipulating price to exploit it is fraud? There are so many ridiculous implications to that logic including making the DAO government votes contracts that deem his activity legitimate. Its like the gov wants to have it both ways. The mango perp contract is an extremely serious and regulated commodity swap contract, but the DAO governance means jack shit and is meaningless lol. What the fuck is it?
